Lucid have been lucky enough to work with one of the world’s biggest and most successful DJ’s since 2009. Some of Tiesto’s achievements include a Grammy nomination, numerous MTV awards, a wax statue at Madame Tussauds and over 130 million hits on YouTube. He has worked with artists as diverse as Nelly Furtado, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Goldfrapp, Diplo, and Busta Ryhmes. When he is not collaborating, he is playing sold out shows. His recent completed Kaleidoscope World Tour spanned more than 15 months and 175 dates across 6 continents playing to over 1,000,000 people.
Lucid have been working with Tiesto since his 2009 album Kaleidoscope, when Radio 1 began to build their relationship with Tiesto. This saw him on the Radio Playlist (B-List) for both singles ‘I Will Be Here’ and ‘Who Wants To Be Alone’. In 2010 Tiesto was one of the headline acts at the Radio 1 Big Weekend in Bangor and headlined his own show in Victoria Park playing to 25,000 people.
His commercial success has come from his latest single ‘C’mon (Catch Em By Surprise)’ which features Diplo and Busta Rhymes. This has seen great Radio playlist support from Radio 1 (A-List), BBC 1Xtra (A List), Kiss Network (B-List) and Capital FM (C-List). Subsequently this has landed Tiesto his first top 10 hit in the UK.
